Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information coachkev.life (the “Site”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Path of Abundance, LLC (“Coach Kev,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Palmetto, Florida. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect very little, and we do not sell your personal information for money.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you sign up for an email list, ask to be notified about an offering, or contact us through a form, we collect the email address and any name or details you choose to provide. You only give us this when you fill out a form on purpose.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your general location, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This comes through analytics cookies, described below.

What we do not collect. The Site does not sell products or process payments, so we do not collect or store payment-card details on this Site. Purchases happen on Amazon and other third-party platforms that handle their own payment data.

2. How we use your information

We use the information to send you the emails or companion content you asked for, to respond to your messages, to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it, and to keep the Site secure. We do not use it for anything you did not ask for.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service from Google that sets cookies to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site. This tells us things like which pages are popular and where visitors come from. It does not tell us who you are by name. You can read how Google handles this data in Google’s own privacy policy, and you can opt out across sites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

4. Service providers we share with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site, and only share what each needs to do its job:

  • Kit (ConvertKit) stores email-list signups and sends the emails you subscribe to.
  • HubSpot stores inquiries when you reach out about coaching or contact us through a form.
  • Google Analytics provides the traffic measurement described above.
  • IONOS hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for money. We use Google Analytics, which may use cookies and share limited usage data with Google under Google’s own policies. If you are a California resident and have questions about how your information is handled, email coach@kevindavis.life. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

5. Affiliate links

The Site contains affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. When you click one, the destination site, such as Amazon, may set its own cookies to track that the visit came from us so we can be credited for any purchase. This happens on their side, under their privacy policy, and it does not cost you anything.

6. How long we keep information

We keep the information you give us for as long as you stay subscribed or as long as needed to answer your inquiry. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

7. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of the message. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); we honor those requests where they apply.

8. Children

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No website or internet transmission is ever fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back now and then to stay informed.

11. Contact
