Welcome. This website, coachkev.life (the “Site”), is operated by Path of Abundance, LLC (“Path of Abundance,” “Coach Kev,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Palmetto, Florida. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
This is not professional advice
Coach Kev is a coach, author, and educator. He is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or counselor, and nothing on this Site is one of those services. The content here, including the books, blog posts, coaching material, emails, and any programs, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified, licensed professional.
The Site discusses grief, guilt, anxiety, depression, and related subjects. Reading or using this material does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or any other professional treatment relationship. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional with any questions about your mental or physical health, and never disregard or delay professional care because of something you read or heard here.

1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or overload it, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it. You are responsible for anything you do on or through the Site.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, articles, book excerpts, graphics, logos, the Coach Kev and Life Uncensored names and branding, and the way it is all arranged, is owned by Path of Abundance, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of the content with proper attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Purchases happen on other platforms
The Site does not sell products or process payments directly. Books are sold through Amazon and other retailers, and any coaching or program purchases are handled through separate services. When you buy something or sign up through one of those platforms, that transaction is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, or conduct of third-party platforms.
Any coaching, program, or one-on-one services you engage are separate from the Site and are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Path of Abundance, LLC. Nothing on this Site, and no inquiry submitted through it, creates a coaching or client relationship on its own.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on the Site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon as part of the Amazon Associates Program. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to books and resources we genuinely think are worth your time. This disclosure is made in keeping with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on affiliate relationships.
5. Information you submit
If you sign up for an email list, request to be notified about an offering, or contact us through a form, you agree to provide accurate information and you consent to us contacting you about what you asked for. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites and services we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and their terms apply once you leave the Site.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path of Abundance, LLC and Coach Kev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This includes any decisions you make based on the material here. Because the content is educational and not professional advice, you are responsible for how you apply it in your own life.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
